Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Systems can be serviced on site or remotely. Emergency system failures will be responded to within 2-3 business hours for our customers under first year warranty or a service agreement. Non-emergency service will be handled within 24 hours. Adds, Moves, and Changes will be completed within 3-5 business days unless agreed to otherwise within a service plan. As an added value, CTS will give our customers the opportunity to sign a letter of agency for CTS Networks Inc. to handle telephone company (SBC, Verizon, MCI, etc.) related problems.
